Visiting the Clinic

Where is the clinic?

283 Sheikh Zayed St, 1st Floor, Office 114, Ajman Industrial 1, Ajman, UAE. We're on Sheikh Zayed Street in Ajman Industrial 1, with parking nearby.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 5:00 PM–9:30 PM. Closed on Sunday.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome. Booking ahead reduces waiting time, especially in the evening.

What should I bring?

Your Emirates ID or passport, and any recent reports or current medicines.

Which languages do your staff speak?

English and Arabic.

Is the clinic wheelchair accessible?

Yes: entrance, parking, seating and restroom.

How much does a consultation cost?

Our prices are kept low. Fees can change, so please call 06 743 7333 for today's consultation fee.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash and debit or credit cards.

Medical Services

Do you treat children?

Yes, our GPs see children for common illnesses, and our dentists treat children's teeth.

Can you issue a sick leave certificate?

Yes, after a consultation and when it is medically appropriate.

Do you do blood tests?

Ask reception which tests can be arranged at your visit. Our doctors can request the investigations you need.

Do you handle emergencies?

We see urgent but non-life-threatening problems. For emergencies such as chest pain, breathing difficulty, stroke signs or serious injury, call 998 or go to a hospital emergency department.

Dental

Do you offer emergency dental appointments?

Yes. Call us and we'll try to see you the same day.

Do you remove wisdom teeth?

Yes. Our oral and maxillofacial surgeon handles impacted and difficult wisdom teeth.

Is root canal treatment painful?

It is done under local anaesthesia and usually feels like a filling. Mild soreness for a few days is normal.
